During the first coaching session we’ll check that coaching is suitable for you and we’ll set goals for the coaching process.
The coach will help you find out what is essential for you and what should be focused on during the coaching process. Then step by step we start moving towards your goals together. A coach listens to you, respects you, asks you the right questions and supports you.
The coaching sessions normally take about an hour and can be done face to face, over the phone or on Skype. The amount of coaching sessions needed is individual.
Coaching can be done individually, in a couple (with a companion, friend, family member) or in a group.
Coaching sessions are always confidential so you can explore your thoughts and feelings privately.
Coaching is not therapy. In therapy you go through your past whereas coaching concentrates on present and helps you create a compelling future and achieve what you want.
